Eric White was very knowledgable and informative about the car and all I needed to know about it as well as being extremely kind to my mother and me. Once the deal was made, he gave me the key and I drove out of there (same day) with my new car with only 17 miles on it (including the test drive). I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and I would definitely recommend Eric as your sales representative. I even stopped by a few weeks later with a question about when to get my free oil change at Ford and he didn't hesitate to help me (even though I dropped by without calling ahead or making an appointment). He, as well as the entire Ford sales team, is extremely kind, respectful and really care for you as an individual. I would definitely recommend them, no doubt about it! More

He is kind, caring and take the time to listen and help you with all your buying needs. He is not a "pushy" salesman and believe me that is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. He doesn't try to sell you something you don't want. He took time to go over all my "bells & whistles" of my new Subaru and did it when it was convenient for me. Other dealerships wouldn't have done that! I feel Ford Motor Co are honest people and truly care about their customers.
