Took truck in for recall and I asked them to do an inspection. They found an “oil leak” and said it would cost 7k to repair. Kind of bled me away. ! Felt like I was getting ripped off . First of all, I would like to give advisor Roberto KUDOS and 5 stars for getting the warranty department to replace the cracked moonroof on our Mustang Mach-E. My customer survey for Roberto reflects that and 5 stars for getting the warranty department to replace the cracked moonroof on our Mustang Mach-E. My customer survey for Roberto reflects that he did an excellent job in getting this work done. Not so much for the Service Manager Paul Galvao. The reason being: I sent all the concerns below to Paul Galvao via email and there was no response from him. This is quite disappointing, especially given the importance of the issues raised. However, there were some minor issues I encountered when I received the car back: - I had to wait over 40 minutes when I arrived to pick up the car. Apparently, the glass installer misplaced the key, and the Ford staff was not able to find it until they were able to get hold of him. - There were many dirt shoe prints all over the doors and the speaker area. There were also many tiny broken glasses found on the seats and some on the floor. - The black lease on the driver side, close to the newly installed moonroof, is not flush evenly; it sticks out about ¼ inch. More

I have been having a few issues with my new Mustang MachE, thankfully my Service Advisor Owen has been exceptional. He is very professional. He knows how to communicate with his service tech’s and is e MachE, thankfully my Service Advisor Owen has been exceptional. He is very professional. He knows how to communicate with his service tech’s and is ever calm with relaying their work to me. It’s been a collective effort but I think we have a confirmed fix for my Mustang’s problem. Will be glad to update when the issue is resolved. More
Poor communication and poor attention to detail. Does not listen to problem or try very hard to confirm it. I have to take tech on a drive and highlight what is obvious to him when he's next to me. Specifically stated that they checked and set tire pressure and they were on off by 3 and 5 lbs. When brought up before picking up vehicle. (using app) they told me it's within spec. Service manager seems to understand the problem now and will write my service if I bring it back. More
