Would never do business here , EVER AGAIN! BUYERS BEWARE!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO TO IMPERIAL IN MENDON OR ANY COLONIAL DEALERSHIP! Would never buy a vehicle from them again, sold me a “used” s SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO TO IMPERIAL IN MENDON OR ANY COLONIAL DEALERSHIP! Would never buy a vehicle from them again, sold me a “used” suburban that was used and traded in by one of there own, purchased it from them beginning of August 2017, battery died within a few days, took 2 days and many calls from me for someone to give them “clearance “ to put a new battery in it. They never changed out the brake pads and rotors like they said they would (figures salesman puts “resurface” in purchase and sales and they didn’t even resurface them.) I had to call many many times about my brakes squeaking, they proceed to tell me they did them April 2017, so it sat not driven for 4 months so brakes/pads were all rusted and squeaky. Rear tailgate pistons both broke within a few weeks of owning , 2 of the 4 tires had leaks within a few days outside the 30day guarantee, mind you I had put in well over 40 calls to there service department, my suburban I had just bought for my wife ! From her own cousin who works at diamond,! was in service for almost 2 weeks of that first month I owned it, with them always saying “I don’t have clearance” to do that and leaving me helpless. Not to mention end of September ( almost two months since bought ) my suburban starts acting up and misfiring and brought to mechanic and has a hot cyclinder 7, which keeps blowing spark plugs and misfiring , I’ve put 2 sets of plugs in under a year, and have to get oil changes sooner as it burns oil , I would never buy a vehicle from them ever again , used or not they had a vehicle on there lot and sold it to me and my wife (her own cousin sold it) and has BEEN NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS, the vehicle should of never been on there lot and they know it and that’s the reason they treated me like dirt after I purchased it, they lost business from me and my family that’s for sure Mind you when I finally plugged into snap ons advanced controller found over 20 codes that were cleared before I purchased the vehicle Be aware of them!! They will rip you off in service, and beware buying used anything and new from them!! Shop around there are dealers local who are THOUSANDS CHEAPER more than willing to be upfront and honest with you . This was copied from my review from google, they are liars and snakes and did not do any of that except ONE key fob, and REAR ROTORS ONLY NOT EVEN PADS!!! they are thief’s and snakes and should not be in business at all. ****MY RESPONSE TO DIAMONDS LYING RESPONSE** I have records and conversations saved to prove none of that was done AT ALL!!! (Tires, rotor and pads ), they did two back rotors because I threaten to get a lawyer involved. ADDITION - I DID NOT RECIEVE 4 NEW TIRES AT ALL!! I DID NOT RECEIEVE THE FRONT AND REAR BRAKE PAD AND ROTORS, YOU ONLY REPLACED THE BACK ROTORS BECAUSE THERE WAS RUST SPOTS AND RIVETS IN THE ROTORS, YOU DIDNT EVEN CHANGE OUT THE PADS LIKE YOU WERE SUPPOSE TO!!! YOU GUYS ARE SUCH A JOKE AND LIARS ITS PATHETIC AND SICKENING , NONE THE LESS THAT AN EMPLOYEE WOULD SELL HIS COUSIN A VEHICLE LIKE THIS !!! You guys ought to be ashamed selling cars with known problems to people , never mind family members. MIND YOU I HAVE ALL THE TEXTS, EMAILS, and CONVERSATIONS SAVED BETWEEN ME AND THE SALESMAN WHO SOLD ME THIS PIECE OF JUNK, I HAVE ALL RECEIPTS YOU GUYS ARE ABSOLUTE LIARS , I RECIEVED NO NEW TIRES, NO NEW PADS ALL AROUND , I HAD TO FIGHT AND FIGHT AND CALL AND CALL FOR YOU TO PUT ON REAR ROTORS!!! YOU GAVE ME ONE REMOTE WHICH TOOK 2 WEEKS TO COME IN!! COURTESY VEHCILE? IT WAS OUR ONLY VEHCILE AT THE TIME AND WE HAD GOOD FAITH YOU WERE SELLING US SOMETHING RELIABLE AND SAFE , and a service 9/21/17???!!!! LOL , THAT WAS THE LAST TIME I BROUGHT IT IN AND YOU GUYS TOLD ME “THERES NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT FRONT PADS AND ROTORS AND THE TIRES “ , you guys are con artists , PLAIN AND SIMPLE!!!!! More

After a week or so of traveling 1 hour each way to view and negotiate the price of a truck, I put down a deposit and filled out the required finance paperwork and was scheduled an appointment on Monday, after the holiday weekend. They called me on Saturday morning and scheduled Monday's appointment and it was just hours later that they called me and told me that the truck was sold to SOMEONE ELSE!! . I do not recommend ANYONE to do ANY business with this dealership. They are NOT honest nor do they keep their word!!!! More

Classic Bait and switch This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with car dealers and I have had very negative experiences with independent used car This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had dealing with car dealers and I have had very negative experiences with independent used car dealers. I will start with that I live an hour away in NH without traffic, so I contacted the dealer about a used truck they had on the lot and wanted to work out a deal before I drive down, I talked with Gary early in the day said he couldn't work anything out without seeing my trade as they don't discount their trucks but will over compensate on the trade being it's the end of the month, so I sent him several pictures and talked to him about the condition of the truck he did not ask many questions but told him it had some rust and had over 100k miles so he can give me a range I told him I have been quoted for $23k-$24k for my trade and if that was where they would be the deal wouldn't work so he said he'll present the images to their GM. Gary contacted me within the hour saying they own the auctions and they have sold vehicles with over 100k miles on the lot before and gave me a range of $28k-$31k I questioned this and talked to him on the phone to confirm and said if you can get close to $28k then the deal could work without discounting your truck. I got home gathered my things and rushed to get to the dealership since they said last day of the month is my best chance to get this deal so they can move the unit, driving through rush hour on 495 and 290 which took us an hour and a half to get to the dealer to show I am serious about working a deal, showed up at 6:45 pm, I was met by Gary and Mike, they told me to take the truck for a test drive while they work out the numbers, took a 15-20 min drive up and down 390, we then waited another 45 min for them to get me the numbers, we waited outside as the dealership was extremely noisy and it was a very nice night outside, when they finally came back their best foot forward was no discount on their truck and the trade went down to $23k, they told me my truck was tired and it has rust (I did not hide any of this) then they said well we range what this truck is work through 2 systems to see what the going rate is (why wasn't this done in the afternoon before they gave me a range) and that they just received this truck in from a trade and they can't over trade for my truck. Moral of the story is that it doesn't matter, this dealership will lie to you to get you in the door and they pull a bait and switch and won't work with you to make a deal and their motto on the add "We won't be undersold or out-traded!" is a complete lie, same truck a year older and only 6k more miles is $8k cheaper, so they are being out sold and out traded at a dealer 20 min from my house. I would not waste your time like they wasted mine. More
Issue with a repair Bill I thought unfair I brought my car in for brake service after having brought it in a couple times previously but finding I didn't need brake pads at that tie. Unfortunately this time it was too late and I was told I needed rotors as well. Now for those that don't know, rotors can go bad for many reasons but it was hard for me to not blame the dealership for not listening to me the last 2 times. When I spoke with Ron Caswell about my disappointment I was hoping that he would understand and explain to me why this happened and why I now had to pay a lot of money. Ron was beyond helpful! He listened to me and acknowledged my concern and explained to me some reasons why this could have happened without making me feel as if he was just brushing me off. In the end he did something beyond my belief and far above what was needed. He did it for no other reason than to show me that this dealership is there to be a partner and not an adversary. I have been sold on Cadillac for 10 years now and probably will buy a new one soon. I will not go anywhere else because of this great manager and the treatment that left me feeling like a valued client. Thank you again Ron. Dishonest and disappointed at each stage of buying process I found an attractive vehicle online. Went to Diamond to check it out. Vehicle had a vibration issue. The salesman told me they were aware of the vibration and not to worry, we will fix it. We sat down to talk about financing. The salesman brings out a sheet of paper. $18,000 financed., $439 per month 60 months. Asked what rate is that. He tells me 6%. I told him I don't think so. No where on the sheet did the rate show. I asked again what's the rate that, not right. "It the same rate everyone gets, between 6-9 percent. " he tells me. Now I'm irritated because I know I'm being lied to. I told him to double check the rate. He steps out of the office in his fancy suit (way to tight) and comes back shortly after. I just spoke to the finance guy, your right it's between 9-12%. . I pulled out my auto loan calculator (Apple I phone app) and showed him, his loan was closer to 15%. I called him a lier and walked out. To be continued........ More
