Our customers have taken us a long way but here’s a little bit about how it all started! It was in 1979 that Tom Schwartz obtained his franchise from BMW. Prior to that, he had been deeply involved with BMWs as a technician. From 1971 – 1976, Tom ran an independent service repair business called The BMW Store. With those roots, his dealership has always placed a premium on customer service with the goal of assuring customers a hassle-free ownership experience. Today, nearly 125 employees at The BMW Store are dedicated to helping people discover the joys of driving a BMW. There’s a highly trained, knowledgeable sales staff for both new and pre-owned BMWs, an inventory of over 100 new and pre-owned BMWs is maintained to provide excellent selection, and master technicians head service teams specialized in the various operating systems of BMWs. After having the car for less than three weeks, I returned the car to BMW. Aaron (the sales manager) was very helpful with the return. The reason for the return was a problem with an oil leak that was going to require almost $8000.00 to fix. Aaron didn't have to take the car back but he did. I am very appreciative of his help with this matter. That should be the end of the story, unfortunately it is not. After getting all of my money back, I was disappointed to see the car back on the internet for sale. I'm pretty certain they didn't fix the oil leak.So if you are looking at a used silver 2006 BMW 750I ask why one of the owners only owned the car for one month or what they did to repair the oil leak issue. I am glad they did the right thing for me. I just don't want someone else to get stuck with this vehicle without knowing the full history of this car. As I mentioned in my earlier post, I truly loved everything about this vehicle except the costly repair bill i was going to have to incur to get the problem solved.
