Ok- so I’m a little disappointed that my Subaru dealer keeps showing as a Volkswagen dealership, but as the two are connected to the same company I guess I get it. 😂 The Staff at the Autobarn has always keeps showing as a Volkswagen dealership, but as the two are connected to the same company I guess I get it. 😂 The Staff at the Autobarn has always been very helpful and congenial through the buying process and service dept. The cost for the oil change is a little high, especially considering we purchased the highest cost warranty/maintenance package. Also, my package is supposed to include chips and scratches so for me to have to buy a touchup pen and touch up chips and scratches myself is a little annoying. I was told by the parts guy that they used to give them away, which would be fitting I think, considering I’m paying for the repair in my package but taking care of it myself. Other than that, my overall experience with this dealership has been very pleasant. More
