The service advisor was great. He took the time to explain the situation and the work that needed to be done. I was treated with respect, kindness and understanding. We had a great experience with Miguel from the moment that we stepped into VW of Countryside. He was polite, very knowledgable about the different trims and he made us feel comfortable and heard every st that we stepped into VW of Countryside. He was polite, very knowledgable about the different trims and he made us feel comfortable and heard every step of our car buying journey. He had the car that we were interested in pulled up to the front ready for us to jump in and take a look at prior to pulling the trigger on the purchase, and we really appreciated that extra step.
