First Time at Subaru and First Purchase I thought the salesperson, Singh was very nice and helpful. The one thing I didn't like was the man that did the bill trying to add an additional $ I thought the salesperson, Singh was very nice and helpful. The one thing I didn't like was the man that did the bill trying to add an additional $500.00 to the cost of the car for SWAT. I don't even know what this is and was charged this additional money. I also was not given a break down of cost until I asked for it. The billing person took this cost off, and said he told me about this additional charge, however he never did. This was the negative. I hope this does not happen to people on a regular basis. This is wrong. I am already spending over $30,000 for a vehicle and expect everyone to be honest. T hank you, Laura Hosteny More

Terrible Experience We have had a bad experience from the initial purchase. The dealership promised to match the best offer we received for the vehicle within 30 days, b We have had a bad experience from the initial purchase. The dealership promised to match the best offer we received for the vehicle within 30 days, but refused to match an offer we received for $750 less. The service department is equally as bad. It took an hour and half for them to complete a scheduled oil change. We asked them to check the SRH's since the dashboard consistently indicates "SRH OFF" and the dealership told us "It's a known issue". We called another local dealership who indicated the fuse is more than likely blown and the SRH are automatic and should never be OFF. Going forward, we will be purchasing and servicing our Subarus from a more reputable dealership. More

Just like family My husband, son and I were at Subaru twice in the last week. Once, we went as moral support as our son bought his first new car.
