I had planned out my route between all three when "The Autobarn" called me to see about a test drive. Since they were the first to call me, they were first one on the visit list. Because of the customer service of Jay (Jashandeep Singh), I didn't bother with the other two dealerships. He showed me what I wanted in regards to my list and even a few more. As a result, I love my 2018 Crosstrek. More

Excellent service experience. I made a reservation to bring my vehicle in for a noise in the drive train. Falicha listened to my description of the issue without skepticism. This is far from the norm from most dealership service departments. I left the waiting area to get a bite to eat. I was called about an hour later and was told my vehicle was already diagnosed and repaired. This was probably the easiest visit to a service department I've ever experienced. After this and another positive experience with another vehicle, they've earned my repeat business. More
