Best dealership and salesperson ever! I have purchase 3 Subarus and leased another. My 1st. Subaru was from a dealership near my home. The salespeople were nice but the service was AWFU I have purchase 3 Subarus and leased another. My 1st. Subaru was from a dealership near my home. The salespeople were nice but the service was AWFUL! When I decided to trade in and upgrade, my Son recommended Autobarn. That's when I met Mario Nowik. In my 70yrs. Of car buying I have dealt with numerous dealerships and salespeople and I can easily say that none has been better than Autobarn and Mario. I never felt pressured, only informed. Spending that amount of money is never easy for me, but I always walk out feeling great about the purchase. I live only 5 miles from a Subaru dealership, and 25 miles from Autobarn but I continue to take my business to Autobarn even for oil changes and will continue to do so. ALL the people I have worked with are kind, courteous, and helpful. I actually feel like Mario Nowik is a friend as well as my salesperson. Thank you Autobarn and Mario Nowik for the wonderful, reliable, luxurious Subaru and especially the exceptional service. More

We learned that the car of our choice, with all of the safety features we deemed important was enroute to the dealership. We were kept informed by Subaru to the delivery status of our new car. Jim F. In Finance did a great job discussing payment and extended warranty options. Tim T. Introduced himself and explained I would meet with him soon to be sure I understand all of the new technology in this car. of the seven dealers I visited prior to the purchase, Robert was the most patient and concerned about making sure I received the car best suited for us. I just stopped by the dealership I stopped due to the fact my low tire pressure light was on. Scheduling service I have always had excellent care and customer service at this Countryside Subaru dealership. I live pretty far away, and it is an inconvenience to dri I have always had excellent care and customer service at this Countryside Subaru dealership. I live pretty far away, and it is an inconvenience to drive further out when I Live 5 minutes from Gerald Subaru. However, I have continually had the opposite service multiple times at Gerald. On this last occasion, I called Gerald earlier in the week to schedule an oil change. Knowing that there was bad weather on its way Friday. I thought it would be smarter to receive service closer to home. I called and they put me on hold and came back telling me that there was no one to help me. They took my phone number and my message and requested time for service and said they would call me back. They never did. This is not the first second third or fourth time I have had related customer service like this. One time I arrived at Gerald Subaru because my tire pressure light was on. I was concerned I had a near flat tire . It was right after work. Gerald Subaru was very reluctant to help me and told me they had no one who could help me. I didn't even see a line of cars in the lobby didn't have any customers in it. One other time I scheduled an oil appointment at Gerald and they told me I could not get in for a week and a half. When I arrived for the oil change ice at for 2 hours , watching other customers come and leave before me. However when I called Countryside, they scheduled my appointment right away, send me an email receipt before I was even off the phone, sent me a text message the day before reminding me of my appointment, sent me a text while I was sitting for service in case I had any questions, and it went very smoothly. I told them that I always come back to Countryside because of the great care and service. I told them that it is difficult at times since I live farther away and even asked for suggestions as to what I could do if I can't make it out to Countryside. They offered me ideas such as buying the crusher washer and taking my car to a trusted service place closer to home when need be. I wish that I could just pick this dealership up and move it closer to home. Every worker I have encountered at Countryside has done an outstanding job. I truly the person who owns and manages this dealership. And I want them to know that the dealership closer to my house is the exact opposite and could learn from them. Thank you very much. Please continue doing what you are doing. It is because of your care and the way you handle your customers that it keeps someone like me driving the 25 to 30 miles to receive service. It is also why I tell people shopping for a Subaru to seriously consider not buying or going for service at Gerald Subaru. More

I’ve been leasing my personal vehicles for about 20 years and all dealerships are not the same. Simple things like the layout of the dealership makes a huge difference. One of the things that I really like when I go for car maintenance is that I can pull my car inside (out of the elements) and someone always comes out to meet me. While waiting inside, various coffees and other beverages are plentiful and the waiting area is very comfortable. Offering specify areas for those with laptops is a fantastic perk. I’ve always believed that a dealership doesn’t make their money from car sales, but from the cars they service and that’s where the customer has to want to bring their car. Often I would lease a car from one place and then go elsewhere for servicing because of the cost, hours or other factors. With VW Countryside I don’t need to go anywhere else. Everyone from the sales staff to management are very helpful and truly seem to enjoy working there. More
