I brought in my Forester due to 2 recalls. I called to make an appointment and was told the parts would need to be ordered and I would be contacted when they were in. It took about 2 weeks and I received make an appointment and was told the parts would need to be ordered and I would be contacted when they were in. It took about 2 weeks and I received a text and set up an appointment, easy peasy. All of this is going on in the midst of the Coronavirus but the appointment was still on and I was happy to see that the dealership was taking all necessary precautions. I was shuttled back home while the car was being serviced which was done pretty quickly. I’m very happy with this dealer, I’ve bought 2 cars here. More
