It took 3 weeks to make an appointment to change my tires. I arrived 1 hour and a half early and they started early.My appointment was for Noon so I was happy. The staff is very nice. With an appointment made ten days in advance for the first available date, the oil change was completed in 50 minutes including a complementary car wash and excellent customer service. There were only 3 to 4 people in the waiting area at any given time. More
