I cannot RAVE enough about Ronnie! He is truly AMAZING! After working years with Scott Essing, it was definitely nerve racking to switch advisors. His positive attitude and disposition is truly AWESOME! He makes you feel like you have pulled up to home and makes you feel at home! I had an issue with a tire and his approach was SO INCREDIBLE! He had such a way of having me come and look at the tire, explain it and not terrify me that I would have to sell my 1st born to fix it! He took the time to explain why I should get the tire, what was the cause (also then took the time to listen to my story on explaining what happened) and then really went above & beyond to explain why I should get it done with Volkswagen, the savings and the program. If he would have not have used his approach with his incredible knowledge and explanation on the issue, program and the benefits of Volkswagen....I would have normally just gone to my Discount Tires and had it done there! But because of Ronnie and TRULY EVERYTHING ABOUT HIM I decided to have Volkswagen take care of it and he earned my trust for the future on any other issues that may arise! But, let's hope for the best and that no issues will arise! But honestly, this is my 2nd visit with Ronnie and I trust him now like I trusted Scott...and truly believe he will take care of me in the future, be honest with me and always make me feel like part of the Volkswagen Family! Because of Ronnie and Marek Hornik...I am SO LOYAL to Volkswagen...and without them...I would NOT be!!!!! More
