I sent out a number of quotes on a specific vehicle to 7 dealerships with in a 300 mile radius that had the car I was looking for. Melissa was the first quote I recieved, however, also had the best interne dealerships with in a 300 mile radius that had the car I was looking for. However, the dealership mentioned they had a new modle year coming in already in transit that was the same. I even got a better price than I was expecting. The trade-in offer was a little lower than I wanted, so we decided to sell on our own. The car came in 1 day early and we scheduled an appointment to pick it up. No issues upon arrival or inspection, however, the outdoor lighting was average to poor. (It was difficult to fully inspect at night. I mentioned this and the dealership said they will soon be moving to a new facility with improved lighting as other customers also mentioned the same observation.) While looking for a new 2011 Outback,I was drawn to this dealership because of the large inventory, and the price of the vehicles. I was very surprised that the dealership was able to find another Outback in the exact color and the options of the one they had on their lot, in fact this automobile had another option the first Outback didn't. Anyway, I was overwhelmed by the courtesy and professionalism displayed by this dealership, particularly that of Ms Missbach. They not only found a me another 2011 Outback 2.5 Limited at another dealership and brought to their "Autobarn" for me to purchase but made sure I had no reservations about the vehicle purchased. Their attention to detail and thoroughness of reviewing the particulars of the interior of the automobile was outstanding, it was probably business as usual for them, but I was extremely pleased at how I was treated. My overall experience was very satisfying and delightful, I encourage anyone interested in purchasing a new Subaru to give these folks serious consideration,you wont be disappointed. More

We were approached as we were entering the dealersip..in fact, Mario opened the door and greeted us. I had an internet quote, so he took me to Melissa. A really great experience. My wife and I are really happy with our car, but also really appreciative of the service we have received. Autobarn had to install an accessory for us, so we had to take happy with our car, but also really appreciative of the service we have received. Autobarn had to install an accessory for us, so we had to take our new car back for 24 hours. In the meantime, they gave us a loaner. When I went to return the loaner and pick up our car, I left the base of my daughter's car seat in the loaner. After speaking with my wife, they offered to drive the base all the way out to where we live (25 minutes or so) to save us a trip! Talk about going the extra mile! I cannot wait to recommned Autobarn to my family and friends. More

I looked at four other Subaru dealers in two other States and dealt with them. While friendly, no one wanted to deal. I saw Autobarn's auction on ebay for a Forester I was looking for, at a pretty good price and dealt with them. While friendly, no one wanted to deal. She was very friendly and helpful. I went in the same day with my trade. Melissa came in after a short wait, but another sat me in the well appointed waiting room, offered me refreshments and a snack. Melissa returned within 10 minutes as she had been out to bring back her dinner. She offered to wait to eat to see to my needs first. Melissa was very professional and friendly. She looked up the car I saw on Ebay and found it was no longer available. She found a Forester in her inventory with more options than the one I had been looking for and offered it instead and then lowered the price to less than the other car I was looking at. My trade in was fairly evaluated and a fair price offered for its condition. Financing was handled in a friendly and timely fashion. The dealership took time to wash my new car and to fill it with gas, switch my plates for me, showed me all the goodies on the new car. They thoroughly explained the warranty and requirements. I am very satisfied with this dealership and its personnel and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. More
