He did an excellent job of explaining all of the financial details as well as the various warranty options that were available without unnecessary pressure. So far, these two people working at the Autobarn Subaru are helping me to believe that it is possible to buy a new car without any unnecessary hassle. Because of this, I will tell everyone I know about my experience, and I will go out of my way to do business there in the future when I have a need for another vehicle. There are a couple of accessories they needed to order, which weren't in stock, but based on my experience I am confident their follow up on those items will be equally good. Internet Sales Manager Melissa Missbach was very attentive and extremely quick to reply to all of my questions by phone and email, and was able to provide a great deal on a new Outback ringing in well below invoice (because of a dealer incentive or two, I'm sure), and at a better deal than competitors. Melissa went the extra mile to seek out an out of stock color vehicle for me (from nearby dealerships), and had it delivered on site within 3 business days. Melissa's no-nonsense attitude coupled with her attention to detail is the model that others should seek to replicate, and by giving both effort and a great bottom line value she is at the top of the class. Finance man Brian was also sharp, disarming, and had a non-pushy way of doing things. He is to be commended for making quick work of all of my detailed questions and cleanly and quickly explaining everything about the finances, options, and so on.
