The Autobarn Subaru of Countryside

I just bought a new 2012 Subaru Forester. I had been driving a Honda Civic but it was recently totaled in a rear end collision. I was on my way to Continental Honda in Countryside to buy another Civic w driving a Honda Civic but it was recently totaled in a rear end collision. I was on my way to Continental Honda in Countryside to buy another Civic when I stopped at Autobarn and test drove a Subaru. I fell in love with it! Noelle was my sales rep and she was wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. And she worked with her manager to get me the price that I needed to be at. I was unsure about the color of the one that I test drove. Noelle went above and beyond to locate the color that I wanted from another dealership and had it traded to Autobarn. And then parked both vehicles side by side so that I had my choice of which one I liked best. I have never seen a dealership go out of their way to this extent. I am very pleased with my purchase! I am very happy & thankful for the wonderful customer service I received from Noelle! And I got a great price!! The best part of the entire experience, when compared with all the others dealers we visited, both Subaru and other brands, was the exceptional service we received from Melissa Distel. You should feel very fortunate to have her on your staff! Not only is she very personable and easy to work with, but she is also a consumate professional. By that I mean that she really knows her stuff when it comes to the car we purchased; she took adequate time to demonstrate all the features; she walked us with good humor through all the paperwork; she didn't try to pressure us into financing or ask us to speak with the "sales manager"; and she always responded very promptly to each and every question or concern. As an online sales person, I didn't expect to receive such a generous amount of time from her in person either, but she gave us all the time we needed. We also had a very positive and professional experience with Lee, even after we indicated that we were not going to sign up for the extended waranty that evening. So, to summarize, we were attracted by the great online price quoted for the Impreza, and the fair offer you made for my trade-in, but then we continued to be impressed by the professional, no-nonsense service we received right through delivery by Melissa. And the car itself - WOW - worth the wait, in the end (although there were several times the last few months when I wished that Subaru would make a few more cars!) Absolute worst experience I've had with a dealership. At every step of the way tried to take advantage of me.
