It was handled professionally. I was able to pull my car in immediately & have the service person take care of me right away. My appointment was at 8:00 & I was out of there by 8. I was asked for contact information & soon after getting home received a message as to how to contact the service area to get updates on my car. Upon my return, my car was pulled into the Bay Area as it was raining & I needed to be shown how to use the auto start, which was a very nice gesture. Emily did an outstanding job in taking care of me & was very polite & knowledgeable. More

I scheduled an oil change for the newest vehicle online. I arrived earlier than I was scheduled, and they took my car back. Poor Form i was looking forward to purchasing my subaru from them because they were the closest to my house. I shopped around and i got better deal from another i was looking forward to purchasing my subaru from them because they were the closest to my house. I shopped around and i got better deal from another dealership. I spoke with the sales person over the phone who spoke with his manager and they said they would be able to beat their competitors price. When i went to the dealership i spent 45 mins waiting and in the end they came back to me saying that they wouldn't be able to match the price. In fact they quoted me an even higher price. I understand sometimes they have to look at their bottom line and can't always match prices but time is valuable and they should've been honest on the phone! VERY POOR FORM!! More

Overall Experience Most recent service was for an. Oil Change. Service was excellent for oil Change. However I recently purchased four new tires for our Outback. Wh Most recent service was for an. Oil Change. Service was excellent for oil Change. However I recently purchased four new tires for our Outback. When making an appointment I request time for installation, balancing, and a wheel alignment. I presented an email containing several coupons for a discount on the tires and work. Service Manager, Tom Fennewald, spoke with me while I was waiting and told me that a discount on the tires was not available. He asked me to send him by return email the original email sent out by Subaru. When reviewing the work done I saw no charge for wheel alignmen. So I decided to ask Mr. Fennewald about the missing wheel alignment. Did not receive a reply so sent same email a second time. Again no reply. With in a couple of days called service and asked why a wheel alignment was not done. I was told wheel alignment was checked and service rep felt “it was close enough.” Have to admit I felt answer did not leave me feeling very confident. Would have preferred to have known exact numbers and range of acceptability. More
