He was there after we had tested each car to make sure everything had gone smoothly. When we finally decide on the particular model the entire buying process was quick and virtually as painless as possible. He did an excellent job. Pat, though I don't know his last name, in the finance department was also excellent in our dealings. He didn't resort to any high pressure tactics but merely stated the advantages to the various programs and let us decide what we felt comfortable with buying. We were in and out without feeling pressured or that we had overlooked anything. I would have absolutely no problem recommending Texas Direct Auto, Lupe and Pat to anyone I know and I will be shopping here for my auto needs as long as employees like Lupe and Pat work there. More

Great pricing, poor customer service I can’t argue with the deal I got on my vehicle. It was a great deal and I love my truck. The finance person was great also and kept me up to date on I can’t argue with the deal I got on my vehicle. It was a great deal and I love my truck. The finance person was great also and kept me up to date on what he was working on and went above and beyond to get me the deal I wanted. The sales person was terrible. I did everything online and over the phone so I already had my vehicle picked out. So he was my salesman by default and got paid for doing nothing. My financing was done but my truck still had to go through service to take care of a few minor things. I was told it were take about 3-4 days before my truck was ready. I understood this considering they are a huge dealership that moves a lot of vehicles. Not once in that 3-4 day period did my sales person call me to update me on the status of my truck. I had to call him several times to get updates. He showed no sense of urgency to get me any information about when my truck would be ready. My truck ended up taking an extra 2 days to get out of the service department before I could pick it up. I understand that he has no control over how quickly the service department moves but an occasional apology or acting like he cared would have gone a long way. I also called him several weeks later to see if he could help me find out that status of my license plates or direct me to the right department. He said no problem and that he would get back to me shortly. Needless to say I never heard back from him after that initial conversation. Overall I think the dealership is great and they have great deals on vehicles but my experience with the sales team was awful. More

SHADY car dealership..do not buy!!! This dealership sells vehicles that are damaged and have been in prior accidents and then instead of using Carfax, uses its cheap imitation "autocheck This dealership sells vehicles that are damaged and have been in prior accidents and then instead of using Carfax, uses its cheap imitation "autocheck" which doesn't list any prior damage. I spent money on 3rd party inspections only to find that after I purchased a Carfax on my own that I found that the vehicle had been been in a prior accident. Also the dealership put a 3 foot dent in car, repaired it, and then tried to sell me car for same price. The dealership sells nice but questionable cars that all need work and when it is discovered by 3rd party inspections, they do not want to fix any issues. Go somewhere else and dont waste your time in the buying process. Ultimately, you will be disappointed and aggravated. More
