Spent about an hour and a half on the phone and uploading documents/responding to emails from Vroom(Texas Direct’s online company - probably to hide their bad online ratings). Accepted a credit offer and was told to expect a call in about 2 hours. No call. Next morning I email and ask for an update from the Vroom repbive been working with. About an hour later I get an email from Texas Direct Auto saying the vehicle is already sold. Sorry. What a waste of time. What a terrible way to do business. I’d pay more to avoid the experience.
