That has long passed and my vehicle stilled hasn't been paid off as promised. Chased has been calling me cause my payment is pass due for the 14 th of this month. It is now the 18 th and nothing has been done. Therefore you sell great vehicles, but you don't keep your promises to the consumer. this is a problem for me and my credit now. Best Regards G.L. The gentleman who completed the deal was very clear on the process and even recommended gap insurance. I had never heard of gap insurance before. He brought it up without hesitation which made me feel he had my best interest at heart. Would recommend Texas Direct Auto to everyone. Horrible Management WOW, Judging from all the bad reviews, I consider myself to be the lucky one now! I called this dealership to check on availability of a vehicle I fou WOW, Judging from all the bad reviews, I consider myself to be the lucky one now! I called this dealership to check on availability of a vehicle I found online. The operator said I should schedule a test drive so I would not have to wait and they could make sure the vehicle was ready. After driving an hour to get there and arriving at 4:55 PM, I was told that the manager decided to close the dealership at 5 pm due to the rainy weather. I spoke to the manager and explained that they normally close late and their own operator scheduled the test drive. They could have at the very least contacted me to cancel. He said that he made the decision to close early and that was it. He made no effort to make it right or even ACT as if he cared. I asked him what he was going to do to make it right and he said "nothing". There are many good dealers out there. Don't give your hard earned money where it's not appreciated. #BYEFELICIA More
