Every time you go, you have to get in long queue and wait for minimum 30 mins. Thats when somebody will come to attend you. You can not book this appointment online. 2. The online system of vroom does not work. We could not submit our application online and had to visit the dealership multiple times, which defeats the purpose of Vroom, an online platform. 3. The seller confirmed to us before we made the final purchase that if any issues after buying, we can always come back and they will get it fixed. So obviously this was over sell. After we bought the car, we had a few issues with the car the very next day. We went, we waited for an hour for somebody to attend us and they denied to fix it. More

I would definitely recommend vroom to my family and friends..especially the women who become intimidated buying a vehicle. More

Terrible experience - stay away They didn't have a clue about how to handle my buying and trade-in process. Texas Direct Auto only very recently partnered with VROOM apparently, and They didn't have a clue about how to handle my buying and trade-in process. Texas Direct Auto only very recently partnered with VROOM apparently, and it showed... no one knew what they were doing. I had to literally call the salesman every single day to ask him questions and to see if he had forgotten about my deal. They also sent me to a nearby "satellite location" and that place had no clue why he sent me there.. they didn't' know what to do, didn't what which papers I needed to sign, didn't know why he told me to be there... I was there for a couple of hours while they figured it out. In the end, I did receive the vehicle I purchased from out of state, in the relative condition they advertised it to be. But, their "Inspection period" for my vehicle took over a week after I purchased it! That's right, it just SAT THERE in Florida (I'm in TX) for a WEEK before it even was loaded onto a carrier! And then, once the carrier picked it up, I had to call Vroom several times to get an ETA and to clarify my delivery address. One person said the address would be straight to my home, and another person at Vroom said it would be delivered to the Vroom dealership in Houston first, for more inspections, and then to my home later in an undisclosed number of days... To sum it up, I got the product I bought, but it was NOT an easy process, they were not knowledgeable, they were not helpful, it felt like I had signed my life away for a very sketchy deal, until the day it arrived. My least favorite part was when my sales guy confused me for another customer/another vehicle being purchased, and texted me that the truck was being sent to the body shop to "get all the work done and things fixed you asked for"...nope, that wasn't me, wasn't my vehicle... More
