They sold me a wrecked vehicle, did not disclose the information. Actually showed me and auto check instead of carfax and convinced me it was more reliable. Long waiting and bad experience! Although we did buy the car from them because they had the car which we wanted, the process of buying was very inefficient. 1. Every time you go, you have to get in long queue and wait for minimum 30 mins. Thats when somebody will come to attend you. You can not book this appointment online. 2. The online system of vroom does not work. We could not submit our application online and had to visit the dealership multiple times, which defeats the purpose of Vroom, an online platform. 3. The seller confirmed to us before we made the final purchase that if any issues after buying, we can always come back and they will get it fixed. So obviously this was over sell. After we bought the car, we had a few issues with the car the very next day. We went, we waited for an hour for somebody to attend us and they denied to fix it. More
