Specifically, the salesman who sold me my car, Joseph Akuechiama (Mr. Joseph A.), did a fantastic job and I am forever thankful. After 3 prior test drive visits, I walked into the dealership with plans to test drive and hopefully buy a car. Mr. Joseph A. was extremely patient and understanding, explaining everything about the vehicle and purchasing process. I enjoyed doing business with Joseph (Texas Auto Direct). I'm thankful for an easy buying process and great deal for my Audi A6. I will go back to see Jospeh again for future purchases because of his excellent customer service and valued knowledge. Also, I would like to give kudos to Mr. Thomas (finance department) for all his help as well. More

Armed police walking inside the wait area, had to show driver's license and proof of insurance in order to test drive, some of the employees looked and acted like xxxxx, customer service at check-in is a joke, professional appearance is an alien concept, had made an appointment to see a couple of cars and had to wait 30 minutes before asking what is going on only to be told that I had to wait another 30 minutes because they were not in the lot. Walked away in relief I would not have to experience the whole scene any longer. If you are a masochist, try them. More

They sold me a wrecked vehicle, did not disclose the information. Actually showed me and auto check instead of carfax and convinced me it was more reliable.
