WORST POSSIBLE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! By far the worst car buying experience. If you plan to use your own financing go elsewhere. One month after purchase my loan is still not funded they have repeatedly messed the paperwork up and I am having to go back and forth between three agencies attempting to get this sorted as they have completely dropped the ball. I have a payment due in three days and nowhere to give that payment because the LOAN IS STILL NOT FUNDED! Absolutely frustrating that I have to do their job while trying to do my own. This should not be so difficult as it is their job. From the start they were unwilling to work with me as I showed up with a preapproval they had no idea how to process it. More

Different departments handle each part of the process, and the only consistency I experienced is that the staff doesn't inform the customer of the next step/process. I had to constantly call to get the status on my purchase/delivery/title shipping. The customer has to know what questions to ask because their staff certainly does NOT proactively provide information on the details of the process. A vehicle purchase is a major purchase, and the customer should be valued and treated as if they are making a major purchase. There are plenty of auto dealers out there and some of them know how to show the customer that they actually appreciate their business. My experience with this company has been frustrating and I would not recommend them to anyone. More
