I got flat tire last Friday and I found the tool kit of changing tire is missing. It was tough that you can do nothing but staying along the highway under 90 degree weather. When I tried to communicate with vroom about this issue, they were not willing to help but telling me they are not providing the extra tool. It is not extra tool! It should be there along with the truck. At least you should list it clearly which part was missed online when you sold the car so that I can prepare it myself. The agent told me it was beyond the time frame that they can do nothing to help. It is ridiculous to say that. It is tire changing tool, not the key of the truck. You never know it missed when you actually need to use them, especially for the owner that didn’t own a truck before. A set of tool will not cost more than 100 bucks, but in their eyes the satisfaction of customers is way cheaper than 100 bucks. You can find car dealers everywhere that can provide better services. You could absolutely pass this option if you need a responsible dealer who care about how you feel. They are not the one. More

I started looking at the website and found a vehicle that I thought I would like. I contacted Vroom and worked with Lupe in Sales; he did a great job with helping me get the buying process started and explaining how everything would work since I look in a completely different state than where the dealership is so they would have to ship the vehicle to me. I made the first half of my down payment and applied for financing, I had an offer within a couple of days and worked with Patrick in the finance department to finalize everything. My purchase was finalized on March 11, 2020 and my car was delivered to me on March 23, 2020. The car was in perfect condition and is exactly what I wanted! The price of the vehicle was way better than what I was finding at the dealerships where I live. More
