Not customer friendly Purchased a 2010 from them late November and prior to agreeing on the deal they were all so friendly and willing to do whatever. Upon completion of deal it became a hardship just to talk to someone. Cory Pietre finance person DOESN'T return calls or emails EVER. Took at least 5-10 calls to find out if they received my check. Then found out the car had no floor mats, not a major deal but they refused to even acknowledge one way or the other that they would help. Finally have been trying to get the original title now without success. Have called a Susan Waddell (not sure of the the spelling) who has yet to return a call. Their all supportive until you purchase the vehicle once that happens they could give a dam less about you. Will never buy another vehicle from them again and don't recommend anyone else to purchase from them, you'll be sorry. More
Customer Service SUCKS I purchased a vehicle over 60 days ago. The 60 day tag they sent me has expired and the company will not send the title to the DMV so I can get my tag I purchased a vehicle over 60 days ago. The 60 day tag they sent me has expired and the company will not send the title to the DMV so I can get my tags. I'm now making payments on a vehicle I cant drive. I will have to rent a car Monday so my wife can get to work, I have contacted the bank and filed a compliant about fraud. I have also contacted Texas DMV about the company selling cars and not sending the titles to the new owners. I have told the bank that this was the last month I will pay for a car I cant drive. I have told them at the end of the month I will park the car on the shoulder of the road and leave the key in it. I will use the money from the car payment to hire a lawyer to clear my credit. If I have to I will take my chances in court but I'm not paying for a car that I cant drive or may not be able to get a title. I don't know how this is going to workout, probably not good for me but oh well........ More
Not going to be a return customer The car was great... but the rest of the experience was not and I'm still, almost 60 days later, trying get a call back to find out where my title is. Just be careful and be ready to be treated like a number! And not a very important number. More

Andrew Owen needs to get out of sales I have never met anyone as bad in Sales as Andrew. From product knowledge to follow through, he is the definition of incompetence. I hate going to a typical dealership...listening to the salesman blow smoke up their butt about why you should buy their car, haggling over the price (which you rarely get the advertised price) then being bent over in their finance office--all while spending hours trying to make the deal happen. Here, I did my research, knew what I wanted, test drove and inspected the car, gave them a check from my bank and left. Quick and hassle-free. No issues at all (I like my car very much) and everyone was professional, including my salesman, Andrew Owen. The price was very fair and better than the competition. I'll go back again when I need another vehicle. More
