This was my own fault as the truck was not misrepresented on eBay. Even though it was my own fault, Patrick Scott offered to eat the return shipping if I found another truck on their site. Sadly I could not so I had the truck shipped back to Texas. In the meantime I found another truck at a dealership in Michigan and scheduled a flight to go out and purchase that truck. Patrick Scott promised a full refund for the truck I sent back and he even fast tracked the process so he could overnight the refund check in order for me to have the money before my flight to Michigan. Victor Holmes and Patrick Scott went above and beyond even for someone who ended up purchasing from a different dealerships. I will definitely come back to them for future business. Great price on my used car I have to say that this was the best car selling experience in have ever had! It started with me traveling in Houston on business and seeing their bi I have to say that this was the best car selling experience in have ever had! It started with me traveling in Houston on business and seeing their billboard. I drove to the Kingwood location and was helped immediately. The gentleman that helped me was Chas. He was not only qucik and efficient but he was really funny! He had me cracking up while he was writing up a quote for me!! That alone was great! But then came the quote...I was shocked!! It was way more than I thought it would be!! I didn't actually sell it that day. I live in Dallas and I needed to go home and talk it over with my husband. Chas emailed me the quote and I left. When I got back home we decided to sell it. The best part...I didn't have to drive back to Houston!!! I was able to go to the Irving location and sell it there!! That is where Mrs. McGuin immediately assisted me! She was great! Super fast and efficient! She went above and beyond to deal with my not-so-easy to deal with lender!! She sorted everything out and got everything handled!! Honestly both locations were great!!! If this is the example of their customer service they will do great!! Dodged a bullet I dodged a Bullet. Was going to buy a Under 10k Lincoln Town Car. Bruce (sales rep) did not know anything about it. Was going to pay way over nada I dodged a Bullet. Then I find out it will not be ready for 4 days. I am thinking why was I not told that before I gave them a deposit. Then while I'm Pondering all of this, I remembered the floods. When I asked the sales manager he neither denied or admitted it. Saying "Bring your vehicle to a third party to inspect it" Which is normal. But before that I pondered why 4 days to have a vehicle ready. The sales manager stated there was a work order for it. (Some Mirror housing, Heck you have to paint that to match the car. Maybe it was different. We all know what shops can do in 4 days) As I knew it was already detailed with they took the pictures. I so badly wanted to buy a car and try them out. But they were very sneaky, Which I herd they were honest and played it straight forward. I was going to pay almost 4k over nada for a vehicle as it had low mileage. I printed out the window sticker via the vin Before putting the deposit down and asked about If this is correct that's correct etc. Never received a answer. Asked about keys. They said its a toss up. In the end there going to issue back my deposit but this was supposed to the place to go for used cars. This is an opinion based on my experience, everyone is entitled to there experience. More

Good Customer Service! I came into Texas Direct Auto to look for a truck. Jordan helped me find the truck I was looking for. However, when I got the truck the back-up camer I came into Texas Direct Auto to look for a truck. Jordan helped me find the truck I was looking for. However, when I got the truck the back-up cameras were not working and the Jack and Tools were missing. They went and got the Jack and Tools from another truck(same model). They told me that the used truck I purchased was still under warranty and that I could get it fixed at the Dodge Dealership. Overall my experience was fair enough. I knew what I walked into. Everything will not be perfect, but the Customer Service was good enough. The truck I left with is in great condition. Minor things will happen. More

The sales person I got both times are not sales people. They are valet workers. Not once did my sales person seem interested in selling me a car. As a matter of fact, seemed a bit put out by having to run across the street to get the car I wanted to look at. Then I start reading about all the complaints and lies. I'll bet most of the people claiming how great they are in these reviews are either employees, family or friends. I would never buy a car from this place. More
