Minus the fact that Connor( my sales person for my car) is the only saving grace for ANY kind of customer service!! The service department is an absolute joke!!!! I’ve tried to schedule my oil change for 2 is the only saving grace for ANY kind of customer service!! The service department is an absolute joke!!!! I’ve tried to schedule my oil change for 2 MONTHS!!! I’ve left countless messages, called dozens of times, been “transferred “ and answered and hung up before even being able to speak. My check engine light has been flickering on and off. I tried to get ahold of them within the mileage and time frame so as to not do any more damage to the issue. When I finally had enough of the xx and ran into Connor right before Xmas. He actually got me scheduled and in to get crap rolling. When I called to check on my car because no one even reached out it took multiple people running around to find out my car was sitting there and now I have to pay $1,000 for an issue I’ve been trying to address. When I was finally at my breaking point and letting them have a piece of my mind the lady(whom was very pleasant and polite) was making up excuses trying to negate and minimize the xx “customer Service”. The ONLY reason I’ll ever even consider going back to Teton Toyota is because of CONNOR HERNANDEZ!! DO BETTER!!!! Yeah my cat isn’t brand new but I’m still just as important of a customer as your $100K purchasers. Very very disappointed and unappreciated and valued!!!! Like I said without Connor being a factor I would NEVER recommend Teton Toyota! More

i don’t know who made all this reviews , but my experience with Teton Toyota Idaho Falls is the opposite . They never helped me and always ask for absurd amount of money to get a cheap old car . I recently tried to sell them my car that is about 14000 minimum and they wanted to give 4000 . That is how this and many others dealership make money. More
