poor service preparation I scheduled an appointment over a week in advance to have a belt and tensioner replaced. I drove 90 miles from home to the dealership. On arrival they I scheduled an appointment over a week in advance to have a belt and tensioner replaced. I drove 90 miles from home to the dealership. On arrival they informed me they didn't bother getting the tensioner in stock and had to go across town to get an aftermarket tensioner while I waited. The new tensioner still rattles! The service adviser also said he would email me the following day with a price estimate of service my car still needs. He never sent the estimate. More

Most respectable people to work with! Anytime I had a question they were right on it! These guys always look nice, talk to you with respect and do what ever it is necessary to help! My car just had it first oil change and it was in and out and home within 45 minutes. My car was detailed, smelled great, looked great and ran great!
