Great people who provide great customer service. From the moment I went on the internet to inquire about a non-GM used car, I was treated with nothing but courtesy and respect. It started with Jerem From the moment I went on the internet to inquire about a non-GM used car, I was treated with nothing but courtesy and respect. It started with Jeremy Huard (my sales person) who is a bundle of energy and did everything in his power to get me the best deal. I had a lot of questions and took a great amount of his time. Jeremy always had a positive attitude and was a joy to work with. His sales Manager Rich Godlewski also went out of his way to work with me especially since I was coming from another state. Finally Stephen Venturo, Finance Director went over all of my paperwork and gave great advice about the potential purchase of an aftermarket warranty. These are all very professional people who work with the customer and don't apply any pressure in regards to a purchase. I drove closed to 70 miles one way and have no regrets about using this "GREAT" dealership. More

Rude service department Charged and unreasonable amount to look at my car. Had my vehicle diagnosis done by a garage that I had it tow to for repair and they could not figur Charged and unreasonable amount to look at my car. Had my vehicle diagnosis done by a garage that I had it tow to for repair and they could not figure out why the injectors one and three fuse was popping this was told to Jody in the service department they charge me for an additional diagnosis and never resolved the problem. When I went to pick up the car I received the bill for $158 which I thought was excessive your service person Jodi was exceptionally rude over talking me almost to the point where it was very uncomfortable. I purchased this vehicle back in 2010 from your establishment and Was hoping that you could fix this for a reasonable price. After the way I was treated I will have a difficult time purchasing another vehicle from you.. I do have to say that the mechanic was very helpful in explaining which fuse was popping and gave me some additional fuses if I had any problems. More
