My experience. Didn't have replacement cabin and engine filter in stock. I asked if I could get them across the street in Advanced, would they replace for me. Didn't understand since the old ones were out already and they had to put them back. So why not put new ones back. Same labor. Technician left oil 1 quart low. I should Have checked it before I left the dealership. I checked it when I got home. It was filled to the add line. So I let it drain for about 1 hour and checked again with same results. I just added 1 quart on my own because I do not live so close to Terryville to return. I live in Oxford. So easier for me to just add. Not such a big deal. Just thought the technician should be more aware of his job. Otherwise staff is great. More
