Alicia in the service department went so above and beyond to advocate for my car and to facilitate the repair it needed. Her service was probably the best customer service experience I've ever had. She not only worked with GM to get the repair covered, but she also provided a quick responses to all the concerns I had on the car. My family and I have always bought Chevy, including most of our cars from this dealership. This is why we continually keep coming back to them.
