Went to this dealership the other day. We were not greeted when we walked through the door. Then I asked for what I was looking for, was brought outside to the car and was told here it is I said can w greeted when we walked through the door. Then I asked for what I was looking for, was brought outside to the car and was told here it is I said can we look at the inside is the car locked he said yes we lock all the cars (ok well I know what the car looks like from the outside). If you are showing someone a car wouldn't you bring the keys with you??? Was told by the salesman several times he is ready to go home for the day. I understand it was late in the day, but when I walked in I would have appreciated it if I was treated a little nicer. I will NEVER go back here again. I have told people since then not to go there. More

Doug was a great salesman. A low pressure approach and was very knowledgeable about all vehicles on the lot. He was very professional and showed equal respect to both my wife and myself. I loved working with both Bruce and Josh. I told them what I wanted, what I wanted to spend and what I didn't want. They found me a car almost immediately! I went to pick it up yesterday and am more than what I wanted, what I wanted to spend and what I didn't want. They found me a car almost immediately! I bought my 2012 Chevy Cruz from Terryville Chevy. Josh Lee was my sales person and he was great. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered any and all questions I had. I test drove the car, did the required paperwork and was driving my new car home in about 2 1/2 hours. The easiest car buying experience I ever had. Doug Orr handled my financial and warranty paperwork. He explained everything and also answered all the questions I had. I would recommend Terryville Chevy to anyone that is looking for a new or used car. More

Doug was very helpful, curteous and didn't pressure me. I felt relaxed as he was very informative about the whole process.
