Service Center LOST my vehicle Went for an oil change. Shuttle driver made me wait; he had to go to lunch. Service guy called to say they couldn't my vehicle SUV. Then found it but Went for an oil change. Shuttle driver made me wait; he had to go to lunch. Service guy called to say they couldn't my vehicle SUV. Then found it but it was in the body shop getting a paint job. Lent me a mini loaner car. Got my SUV back next day with newly painted hood that I didn't need. Upside: got free oil change & vehicle was very clean. More
Good service Went in for a key fob they were quite busy at 9:30 am they gave me an estimate about an hour and half which I decided to stay and wait. Poor customer service This review is solely based on one agent there. First arriving there for my appointment we were greeted by one good agent but as soon as he directed u This review is solely based on one agent there. First arriving there for my appointment we were greeted by one good agent but as soon as he directed us to the one I had the appointment with, the guy did not even acknowledge us. I understand you are in the middle of something but customer service is about acknowledging the customer and letting them know you will be right with them. After 5 or more minutes he finally acknowledged us and began the process. During the 2 1/2 hours of waiting for our car not once did the agent come in to let us know how much longer we had to wait nor what recommendations they had for our car. It was after the cashier called us to pay did he come downstairs and say oh hey your car is going to also need these things soon and he walked away. As we walked outside we did not see our car by this time the cashier was gone and when I went inside to ask where my car was the agent was not there. Another agent the first one to greet us I think his name was Tim Nelson ended up helping me locate my car. The whole time while waiting for our car my husband and I witnessed other agents coming in and out and giving their customers updates on their cars and would sorry it's taking so long but ours was no where to be seen. So very disappointed. More
