Pre-service estimate. I Took my car in to see what the cost would be to replace the passenger side mirror. Helpful I went to start my car in the morning and it had this big wobbly start. Didn't feel safe to drive. They were so helpful on the ohone when i was panicking snd were very kond when i kept calling to find out more information. Overall i felt everything went well and they put my nerves to ease. More

Time spent waiting I right there at 6:45 for my 7 appointment. There were two other cars sitting there besides mine.I explained to him that I really needed to get out of I right there at 6:45 for my 7 appointment. There were two other cars sitting there besides mine.I explained to him that I really needed to get out of there in time that I didn't want anything else done on the car except. Because I didn't have time. he assured me that my car would be out in an hour to 1 1/2 hours, no problem. after 2 hours I started asking about my car and at first they couldn't even find it. By the time my car was found and I left there it was after 9. Needless to say the time frame that I needed to be somewhere of course didn't happen. This isn't the first time this has happened to me there. a few months ago I was there for over three and a half hours for an oil change because somebody forgot to take my car back. Apparently having an appointment doesn't make any difference. More

As always another great visit This was a little different because they couldn’t reach enterprise maintenance to get authorization but it was completed on time as promised.
