Alex listens to me, hears what I am experiencing with the vehicle, and makes certain to accurately notate issues so as to get them addressed and rectified as quickly as possible. I feel comfortable knowing that when I leave my vehicle for service, whether it is an oil change, warranty work, or other, Alex will ensure any work is completed quickly and efficiently. Victor was great, his team created concern Victor is a great representative of the company. He is realistic with his goals and what he can do for the customer. However, some communication errors took place while I was dropping off my first car to be taken care of that show a disparate level of service in the back. Victor informed me that a sensor had to be replaced, assuaging my worst fears that something worse had gone wrong with my car. I asked him to do an oil change while they were conducting the repair. However, when I received the car on Monday the oil change was not on the paperwork and had not been done. Also, the paperwork indicated they had fixed my tire pressure, one was low, but that also had not been fixed. Sometimes these things happen, I had my car serviced at my normal location after, and I brought in the Rogue the next weekend. Victor saved the day on this one, because if I had similar problems the second time with the Rogue I would have more serious concerns with this service department as a whole. More
