Don’t go here for service! When I purchased the car they didn’t have the tire key for me. I was told it would be mailed to me.For three months I tried to get someone to tell me When I purchased the car they didn’t have the tire key for me. I was told it would be mailed to me.For three months I tried to get someone to tell me when I would get it since it still hadn’t arrived. I was only responded to once with “I’ll get it out asap.” I later found out the person who sold me the vehicle no longer worked there which is why I was ghosted and my requests were no longer being responded to. After my third attempt to finally get it sent to me I was told I would have to take the car in to get it fitted. Since I lived in San Diego, I had to drive back to Temecula (about 70 miles round trip) to get it. I was told I couldn’t go to a dealer closer to me because only they would have it for my specific vehicle. The people I finally spoke to about all this basically blew me off and just said this was how it had to be. I spoke with a manager who offered to fill up my tank for all the back and forth over the 3 months. When I got there (2 weeks later) I was told that manager no longer worked there and because they have no managers on site on the weekends it was possible they wouldn’t be able to honor is promise to me. After 45 minutes I was told they were able to do so after all. This all could have been avoided at every step of the way. It’s clear there is no communication among employees or management and there is clearly a high turn over rate at this place as two of the people I interacted with quit in the middle of this entire process. NEVER going back to these people. More
