Warranty I purchased my vehicle and was garenteed a 2 year oil change warranty and when I got down to the service department they said I did not have a warrant I purchased my vehicle and was garenteed a 2 year oil change warranty and when I got down to the service department they said I did not have a warranty. When I first purchased my vehicle I was at the dealership for 7 hrs with a crying 3 year old and 6 hrs at the service department for an oil change. I purchased new wipes $40 for my vehicle which was never installed. I only had my vehicle for 3 months and the heater doesn't work and I cannot take it in because they felled to honor my warranty More

Well I was there for 5 hours after I had a scheduled oil cha Had an appointment for a 9:30 oil change. Get there with my friend and our 3 babies to he told that even though we have an appointment that it will be Had an appointment for a 9:30 oil change. Get there with my friend and our 3 babies to he told that even though we have an appointment that it will be 1.5 hours so we walk all 3 kids to the mall. 2.5 hours later I get a call saying that my car is stuck on the lift and they have no clue when it will be gotten down. After all is said and done we were there almost 5 hours. I have a package from purchasing the car where I purchased multiple oil changes when purchasing the car. They did nothing from the customer service point and still charged that day as one of the oil changes. More
