I took my vehicle for a regular oil change on 11/21/2022. Service was ok, yet the prices for the oil change keeps rising. I have been putting plenty of miles of my vehicle, so I am averaging an oil change Service was ok, yet the prices for the oil change keeps rising. I have been putting plenty of miles of my vehicle, so I am averaging an oil change every 3 1/2 months and trust me, the prices keep climbing. Within the last six months, the price has risen from $74 to $94.76! In addition, they have started charging more if you use credit cards! I understand you have to keep up with inflation, yet I think it is ridiculous for a big business such as Team Toyota to charge more if a patron uses a credit card. Come on Team Toyota!! More
The managers at Team Toyota are completely unprofessional and will screw you over at the very first opportunity. Do not trust this dealership. I made a deal on a truck with a salesman and manager and they printed the a form out with the agreed upon purchase for me. I was in a rush and had to go do volunteer work for kids that were depending on me. I told them I would be back in three hours to sign all of the paperwork and purchase the vehicle. They gave me their word and promised me they would hold the truck for me and would be cleaning it up while I was doing my volunteer work for kids. After finishing volunteering, I drove the hour back to team toyota to buy the truck just to discover they were in the process of doing paperwork to sell it to someone who showed up while I was doing volunteer work. A spoke with a manager as well as the salesman I dealt with who both told me they were selling it to the other guy because he had bad credit and they would make a lot more money off of him because he would have to pay a very high interest rate to get it financed. So they basically told me they didn’t care about their promise and agreement they had with me and they would rather screw over me an honest and hard working and trusting family man because I have good credit. Team toyota would rather make quick buck by selling a vehicle they already made a deal on with me who is a hard working honest American to a guy who will probably struggle to make the payments. Team toyota is not a dealership that deserves any honest Americans business. There are too many other dealerships around with classy management teams who want to help you find the right vehicle at a fair and honest price and won’t screw you over like they did me. Do yourself a favor and don’t give team toyota your hard earned money and save yourself a waste of time. More
I was completely disrespected and talked down to by Chad, which is a “finance manager.” I had spent the evening before looking and test driving trucks. By the time I made my final decision, they was closing. No big deal. I had been dealing with Grant a salesman and Kevin in finance the first day! Both of which are great guys and completely professional. But the next day me and my fiancé had to repeatedly call them every few hours after being told they would call me or her back shortly. Never did they call us. Finally my fiancé got them on the phone a couple hours before closing. They tell us to come on in every thing is good. But when we got there, there was a totally different salesman named Henry and Chad a finance manager! Both of which were complete jerks and treated us like garbage! Also started calling me a liar about my income. And blatantly saying I lied. But all I had done was emailed my check stub to Grant the day before and he filled it out. Yes he made a mistake in the process he used, but it was still accurate amounts. He had just used my overtime to get monthly average! But Chad, a total jerk, continuously tells me I did it. Finally, I got Grant on the phone and he told Chad he did all the calculations. And he apologized several times. I was not upset about the mistake. I was upset at how Chad and Henry handled me in front of my fiancé and children. And after they told us to come on back everything was good, they start calling me a liar and tell me we have to come back tomorrow and start over. They lost the $44,000 deal! I went straight to Royal Nissan on Airline in Baton Rouge. From the time I got out the vehicle, to the time I was signing paperwork on a Nissan Titan 4x4 was 55 minutes! Unbelievable service and dedication at Royal Nissan! Chris Anderson “salesman,” Andrew “Manager,” and Chris Conrad “Finance”. Team Toyota I hope you investigate the situation and at least reach out to make a report about how your employees treated an already “APPROVED” buyer. I will not recommend any one to go to Team Toyota. More
I had to wait for almost 2 hours to get my 2020 Toyota Highlander's 10k mile service. I had made an appointment. All they had to do was change the oil and rotate the tires.
