He was extremely knowledgable, friendly, informative and helpful. He was very honest and up front about prices and options and spent a lot of time with me to answer my questions. He never pressured or rushed me and was really fun to deal with. Super nice guy and really knows his stuff. Got a Tundra and a good the deal for more truck than I thought I could afford, and for one that really holds its value. The dealership was spotless and you could tell the people there enjoyed their jobs. Excellent dealership!!! More

I had an issue regarding the child safety features of a car I purchased from them. Long story short, I was lied to just to make the sale. When addressed, I was ignored for months. Finally, Brett Kemp returned my phonecall and was so rude and degrading to me as a person I had to file a complain with the BBB. This man needs to learn what the definition of manners and respect is, especially to women. Brett Kemp is the GM of the dealership so you would think he would represent the company well...WRONG. I have bought numerous cars from them before so this was definitely a disappointment. If you have children, check facts ahead of time because the men selling the cars do not know the cars. More
