I walked into Team Nissan knowing I wanted a car but had no idea what I wanted to purchase. Robbie asked a few questions about what I was looking for; I was mainly interested in mileage, comfort and perfor no idea what I wanted to purchase. We narrowed the search down to 5 completely different cars to test, they all had what I was looking for, but each had something different to offer. Robbie was very patient, he spent the whole day test driving, answering questions and pointing out benefits to each car. He was honest, I voiced concerns on one of the test drives, and I couldn’t get used to the sounds of the CVT (being used to controlling the shifting myself). He understood, and didn’t try and talk me into a car that didn’t really fit what I wanted. In the end, I ended up with the best car. Robbie worked around my schedule, and wasn’t pushy, he was great to work with, and I’ll come back again. More
Rob took the time to understand exactly what my needs were for the car I wanted. He was extraordinarily patient while I searched other dealerships and the internet for the best price, and I believe he u were for the car I wanted. This dealership excels at poor customer service. I visited this dealer on two occasions looking to purchase a new car, and encountered two different incompetent sales represenitives. They were both rude, inexperienced, and unwilling to help with my needs. My last visit I requested a sales manager and the young man told me it was a saturday and it was to busy for him to speak with me. The manager did finally assist with my needs and found someone who was able to help. I have purchased two cars previously from this dealer but will never return. Consiquently I went to an Infiniti dealer and recieved excellent service where I purchased my new car. More
On Tuesday, July 7, 2009, I purchased my third new Nissan vehicle in five years from Team Nissan's Rob Miller and Ralph Fast. Why??? I truly believe that Nissan produces a superior product, Team Nissan is a vehicle in five years from Team Nissan's Rob Miller and Ralph Fast. Why??? I truly believe that Nissan produces a superior product, Team Nissan is a great place to buy a vehicle and most importantly........ because of the trust and respect I have for both Rob and Ralph. Those people who stereotype car sales people as "non trustworthy" haven't had the opportunity to deal with Rob and Ralph. The vehicle I purchased was a 2009 Xterra 4X4 Off Road SUV with 5,800 miles on it that I believe was driven by one of your relatives........I'm beginning to believe that nepotism runs wild at Team Nissan :) :) :). Rob and Ralph were searching for a silver 2009 Xterra SE for me but were running out of luck. Ralph asked me to stop by last Tuesday to look at a 2009 blue Xterra SE, that had just arrived, along with the one your relative turned in, just to see if I was interested in either vehicle. Once I saw the vehicle that your relative turned in I quickly forgot about the silver one I had wanted. Ralph adjusted the price due to the 5,800 miles the vehicle had on it and didn't charge me for the extras the vehicle came with. Rob had the mechanics swap tires with the new 2009 blue Xterra SE that had just been delivered that day. He told me to stop by when I registered the Xterra and he'd have the mechanics put on my plates. In addition, he scheduled my next lube, oil and filter change for 7,500 miles. Rob also told me to stop by and he'd help me install my blue tooth phone. Even though the car was extremely clean Ralph told me to stop by on a sunny day and he'd make sure that my Xterra was cleaned once again. Rob asked me to put down a good faith deposit and told me that I may have to sign a bank promissory note that would cover me until I brought in the check on Wednesday.Then he looked at me and said, "No, that's not necessary". I picked up my 2009 Xterra on Tuesday, July 7, 2009 and brought in the LFCU check on Wednesday as I had agreed to. Trust and respect goes both ways.............. I'm one happy customer for the third time and I love driving my 2009 Xterra 4x4 Off Road vehicle. Please acknowledge both Rob and Ralph and thank them once again for all their help. At BAE Systems, where I've worked for forty-two years, employees are recognized for going "over and above". If you have such an award at Team Nissan I would like to nominate both Rob and Ralph. I am a long time Peters auto center customer, however after John (service manager) left peters and went to Team the Peters service dept fell apart. Jarrett informed me of a open recall on my vehicle and got it taken care of right away. i highly recommend Team Nissan in manchester nh. they make sure your up to date on your maintance and always take the time to listen to you. We went there to find a new car at the end of year when we just had the money to pay it all off by cash. But the sales man was very rude and inpatient. It's obvious that he did not have any say in the pric we just had the money to pay it all off by cash. But the sales man was very rude and inpatient. It's obvious that he did not have any say in the price, or he was trying to pretend that way. Every thing we asked, he had to go to the "manager counter" to discuss, it was extremely time consuming and inefficient. We were glad that we decided to leave after 1 hour, and the sales man was saying something like "putting his time in better use" xxxx. We went to the other dealer in Salem NH, and the price was very good, and between the last two cars that meet our need, we were able to pick a white Altima, and drove it back home very next day. I would strongly suggest you to avoid the Team Nissan if you can help it. Good luck in car hunting. More
This Dealership absolutely sucks. The Salesman Stan was very rude, and pushy, He kept trying to push me into a vehicle that i didn't want just because he had it in stock. I like in manchester, so I figured give the business to the locals, well, never again. These guys just want to take advantage of me just because I'm a Woman. I left there and went to Rockingham, And bought the vehicle. DO NOT BUY AT TEAM NISSAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
