Team Nissan is the best! Justin Shockley was patient and determined to make a deal. After 74 emails over 2 days we were finally able to make a deal. Very calm and likable guy. We showed up not expecting to leave with what we did! We showed up looking for a older used Murano. We drove all the way from NY (about 5 hours) for a vehicle elsewhere, (older and very used) and it turn We showed up looking for a older used Murano. We drove all the way from NY (about 5 hours) for a vehicle elsewhere, (older and very used) and it turned out to be a bum deal. Decided to go to the Nissan dealer to see what they had for used Murano's as in New Hampshire they sell older used vehicles at dealerships. In NY they don't do that, everything like that goes to auction. Pulled in, and there was Peter. Well, let me put it this way,...we went looking for that older used Murano, to try to get ourselves out of a jam with the 2016 GMC Terrain we had. The Terrain had lost so much value in a short amount of time, that it was simply terrible. We wanted an older Murano to drive, and let the Terrain sit while we paid payments, thinking it was going to be a good idea, not realizing if we did that, we were only making the problem worse, not better. It would still lose value even though we weren't driving it, but we didn't know what else to do since we were stuck with it. No one would give us even close to what we owe. Well, we ended up leaving with a beautiful brand new 2017 Nissan Murano and not the low end model like I figured we would get. I had a Murano years ago, absolutely loved it, but it was front wheel drive, which where we live, isn't the greatest so we sold it. I've wanted another every since, and could never get one as they were just too costly for us, and now especially being stuck with this Terrain. Well Let me tell you Peter Gaouette made it happen! I can't believe after all these years, I finally have my dream car, and like I said, not the low end model I thought I would end up with. He was honest, and forthright with what situation we were in, what we should do, and how it would end up. I felt like I could trust him, and believe what he was telling us. It was our first time going there, so I truly hope my feeling was right, because so far it was. Yes, our payment is a little higher that we wanted, but that wasn't their fault. They truly did their best and got us out of a jam, and stopped us from putting ourselves in another jam by buying a junky older one. They got me in my dream car, and so far I couldn't be happier. Peter told me he wanted me to leave with what I wanted, told me to tell him what would make that happen, and IT HAPPENED! I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. Honest, funny, and determined. The whole car purchasing experience can be taxing, but they did their best to make it go quickly and smoothly. I would recommend Them, and especially Peter as a salesman. They were ALL wonderful thought. Each and everyone we had to touch bases with. It was worth the drive as you don't find it like this in NY. More

Rich texted me on Monday with a possibility but we were unable to come look on Monday or Tuesday so we arranged a time for Wednesday Nov 8 at 3:30 ... and just before 8 PM we had a deal for a 2016 Rogue. Rich brought in his manager Ralph Fast and Ralph was able to complete the deal for us. And finance Jason Clark was very thorough with all the details of the financing. More
