Mo did an amazing job making sure i found a car with all the features i wanted. i didn’t really know EXACTLY what i was looking for so i gave him a very short & vague list & he went above & beyond with features i didn’t even expect - down to even the color, all black everything & i literally mean everything, even the rims & emblem! Mo made sure not to put any pressure on me when it came to choosing a car. he made it a point to even ask me multiple times through out the entire process if i was happy with my choice & if it featured everything i wanted. he makes sure you walk out happy & not with buyers remorse. i would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a car!! Awesome Working with Mo and Katrina was awesome. Having just been in an accident that totaled the car I had just finished paying off I was really not in the Working with Mo and Katrina was awesome. Having just been in an accident that totaled the car I had just finished paying off I was really not in the mood to be shopping for a car. I gave my ridiculously long list of things I did and didn't want in a car and they acted like I was being totally reasonable. They came back with the used car that was exactly what I wanted. They walked me through all the features the car did have and the blemishes it did have (very minor dings I may not have noticed right away, but they were making sure that I had all the information before I bought the car). After the test drive I was in love. With my fibromyalgia the height of the seat is pretty critical and they even helped me get the car seat and steering wheel set up so that when I'm having a bad day I can still drive comfortably. I went from waking up absolutely dreading that I was going to spend the next week or two driving a rental (which gets expensive) to finding the perfect car by dinner time. I highly recommend you do your research on what cars are going for, both used and new, then start your shopping with Katrina or Mo. They will find you the right car right away and you can avoid wasting time at dealerships that see you as a commission instead of a person. At Team Nissan you are a guest that is welcome in their business and they want to do what it takes to make you part of the family. I can't recommend them enough. More
