Great experience with Kris Dragon at Team Nissan Kris Dragon went above and beyond my expectations. He was super easy to deal with. He did everything that was asked. I made initial contact over the Kris Dragon went above and beyond my expectations. He was super easy to deal with. He did everything that was asked. I made initial contact over the summer while my Rogue was in Service. He is the BEST SALESPERSON I've experienced in purchasing a vehicle. He worked with me over the phone because I was at work. He had 2 vehicles waiting for me to look at and test drive both if I wanted. Once I sat in the Altima and Sentra, I only wanted to test drive the Sentra. He came along for the test drive which I appreciated. I've owned both vehicles in the past being an almost 30 year Nissan vehicle driver. Kris Dragon thoroughly showed how everything worked. My husband has had an ongoing problem with his Frontier which has 175,000 miles so we decided to lease a vehicle for him almost 2 weeks after I acquired my vehicle. The Finance portion was seamless also. The person (Jacob?) was thorough explaining everything as we went through all the paperwork. I would highly recommend this dealership. I have been sales support in the electrical industry for almost 30 years and the VP I worked for 20 years of it before he retired always told me to observe our salespeople compared to others when at meetings because he was proud of our caliber of salespeople. I find Kris Dragon to be that same great kind of caliber. Someone for the dealership and Team to be proud of. More

Everyone I come in contact with -- from scheduling the appointment to cashing out -- is friendly and helpful. The waiting area is spotless and a comfortable place to get work done while I wait. The quality of the service is excellent, and the car is almost always ready to go by the predicted time. I particularly like the complimentary car wash. I was pleased on this last visit to have Justin Shockley as my service advisor once again. He is cheerful and competent, never condescending or dismissive, and I appreciate his efforts to give me the best possible price for the work I need done. More

Katrina was fantastic to work with, easy to talk to, she listened to what I was looking for, made the appropriate suggestions. She didn't try and push any vehicles beyond what I was looking for. Which was really nice. Earlier in the year I had gone to the Nissan dealership in Nashua, they didn't listen to me, they had their own agenda, and continually tried to get me to consider vehicles I wasn't interested in, the sales rep was totally unable to make any decision without talking to a manager. After two hours I was disgusted and left. Team Nissan in Manchester was the complete opposite. Thank goodness they are a dealership that listens to the customer. I would recommend going there first. More
