She set up my initial appointment worry free, gave me specific directions, and right from there I knew that the overall experience was going to be over the top. My salesperson was Phil Yee, from day one I kept in contact with him, texting and emailing every step of the way. Phil made everything very easy, and his vast knowledge of the Nissan product was great and allowed a very easy transition out of my Honda into a new Nissan. I then was introduced to Jim Pittka, long time employee of Team Nissan. I felt right at home, explained every single thing I was signing, walked me thru everything step by step. He made sure that I understood everything, and when I left that he was there for me anytime at all. Truly a great guy and I would not want to deal with anyone else. And to top it all off Ralph Fast the General Manager. I cannot say enough great things about him, also worked with me from the beginning. I have developed a great relationship and will definitely be a long time customer of the Team Nissan family. There was not once that an email or phone call was not answered. He made this process seamless and I can honestly say the best experience I have ever had on buying a vehicle.
