While Nick was finishing up a call Ralph came over and welcomed me to Team Nissan again and we had a nice chat about my in-laws that had just been in a few weeks earlier to purchase a new Rogue (which they just love). Nick listened to what I was looking for in a new truck and he suggested that I test drive a Titan. I was a little hesitant to drive such a large truck, but once I was behind the wheel it was love at first sight. This is the fourth vehicle that Nick has helped us purchase. Nick is very knowledgeable about the cars and their features and what cars would be a good fit for myself and my family. Once I decided on the Titan, Peter helped us with the paperwork and explained the features on the truck that we had questions on. Not only was Peter friendly and helpful he knew the truck features without any hesitation. A few days later Peter even called us to make sure everything was OK and if we had any questions. He told us to feel free to call him if we had any questions. What other car dealership can you walk into and you are made to feel like you matter. More

Katrina ROCKS! My Lease was up and it was the dreaded time to go car shopping, which I put off till the very end because I hate it. Upon arrival at Nissan I met Katrina, she brought us out of the cold to talk about my wants and desires out of a new vehicle. She did not try to push me into a more $$$$ vehicle, she really listened to the little things I was looking for and found me just that. I went in with a budget and we ended up working the perfect ride into it. She was down to earth and very easy to communicate with and even kept me updated on status of my vehicle on pick up day! Katrina McCann was great to work with! I actually bought two cars from Katrina in the last two months. I bought a company car (2018 Murano) and My Wife and I bought a 2018 Nissan Frontier. We needed a truck that had an 8 way driver seat and Katrina worked with another gentleman (whose name escapes me) to find the perfect truck for us. In light of full disclosure I have used Team Nissan for Service for my last two Muranos, yes this is my third Murano. I was planning to test drive a few different cars, but after test driving the new 2018 Murano I was SOLD! The Tech is unbelievable on the new Murano.
