I trusted the highly repeated "word" of promises from the used car sales manager and was told at signing I should pay more than he promised because it's a "Family owned business" ...if so it is a dysfunctional one unfortunately. Danielle worked really hard and deserved my sale but unfortunately her used car manager was unreliable twice with communication and in the end they lost my sale for a mere $250. My trade was insulted multiple times and I was left being told they can sell the Altima to someone else tomorrow so I can leave, yet they haven't in over a month. Good luck with that guys. You need to change. Be the family business your used car sales manager speaks so highly about. Your word is everything. More

She worked with me over the course of a few days trying to find me the perfect fit that was in my price range and that took my breath away. She was incredibly helpful doing research trying to find me the perfect car, she was excellent when it came to helping with my two young children I had with me she was very patient with them and even played with them for a while. Also I loved the fact that she stayed in contact throughout the whole thing and is still in contact with me to this day making sure everything is working out perfect in that I'm happy with my choice. I would 10 out of 10 recommend if you go to Team Nissan go see Danielle I will scream it from the rooftops!! I shopped around at quite a few different dealerships and there was females working at all of them but none were nearly as knowledgeable in their work and went out of their way to make sure she answered questions before I even had to ask them. Pete was an outstanding help through what is always an exceedingly overwhelming experience when it comes to navigating car purchases. We traveled an hour to this dealership two days in a row. The first day to get out Jeep appraised and to check out the inventory on the lot. Pete was right there every step of the way! We came back the very next day and requested Pete for that appointment. We went through with the Jeep trade and purchased an absolutely perfect beautiful Nissan Altima. Pete was incredibly patient and thorough with us and took his time answering all of our questions. He didn’t rush us nor did he once make us feel like he was inconvenienced. He was straightforward and honest with us which we greatly appreciated. Not just him but also his sales manager Jim. Jim was also wonderful (and so was his cute little dog Dallas who also stole my heart!!!). This was hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had and we will highly recommend this dealership to everyone we know (we already did on Facebook!). We will continue to drive an hour to Team Nissan for all of our future car purchase needs.
