Every touchpoint from my initial call into Team Nissan was met with real empathy and professionalism from the person answering the phones, my salesperson Ali, the management team including Jacob the Finan was met with real empathy and professionalism from the person answering the phones, my salesperson Ali, the management team including Jacob the Finance manager. Great communication and responsiveness across the board, they even picked me up 1 hr away and drove me back to sign papers as my prior car was inoperable. If every dealership were like Team Nissan, the car buying experience would be enjoyable. My sales associate was Peter, I can't say enough wonderful things about him.
