Even after the purchase, I returned with questions, and Jim and Kris did a great job answering our questions and resolving our concerns. We worked with Kris Dragon, Jim Pitka and Jacob Clark. Each was accommodating, took the time to explain in detail how things worked, and assured that we were satisfied before we left. Kris is a knowledgable salesman who is not high pressure. Jim is a great deal maker who is empathetic and considerate. Jacob did a great job getting us the best financing.
