I went in for a software update and replacement of some under-the-hood component. The service was prompt and the tech was courteous and professional. I took a 50 minute drive to look at one of their used vehicles. Even though it had a salvage title it was still a good buy. But ultimately I had say no because I didn't have the cash. Then Danielle produced me a better option on a 2019 nissan rogue. I think I already knew I was going to like it before I even drove it. We did a credit pull and was approved in ten minutes. I was probably the only reason we didn't close the deal in less than a hour. Danielle was very upfront and easy to work with, couldn't have asked for a better person to shine the light on what I needed to do. You have a valuable salesperson and she deserves everything and more than you know 💛. More
After my 5th Dwi I needed a reliable vehicle that I could install my "blow to start" system in. Team Nissan gave me an estimate of $1000 to repair a car probably not even worth $1000. I emphasized that $1000 was the absolute maximum I could pay otherwise I would just sell it or junk it. The repair was completed and I was told over the phone the total was $2000. I could not pay the amount and told Nissan reminding them I had been very clear the maximum I could pay was $1000. I figured they would just sell the car but instead I receive a court notification from a tow company TWO YEARS later saying I owe $5000 for storage. I didn't realize there was a law prohibiting charging more than 10% over an estimate which is why Nissan didn't pursue the matter directly. These are devious and dishonest HORRIBLE people and you should shop anywhere else. More
