Second Purchase - Very Happy! This is my second purchase at Team Hyundai. I bought a 2016 Tucson but decided I needed a smaller vehicle. Traded in the Tucson for an Accent. Had This is my second purchase at Team Hyundai. I bought a 2016 Tucson but decided I needed a smaller vehicle. Traded in the Tucson for an Accent. Had the same salesperson both times, Brian Rhodes. The dealer readily worked with me and helped me get the vehicle that was right for me. They gave me a fair trade-in value for the Tucson (I had checked Kelly Blue Book, Edmunds, Consumer Reports and True Car so I knew the ballpark) and willingly negotiated a workable sales price for the Accent. They had to shop around with other dealers to find the style/color I wanted and imported the Accent to the dealer. Both the Sales and Finance Departments were not at all pushy but very helpful and outstanding! I'm very satisfied with my new purchase! I could not recommend this dealership more highly! More

4 Visits for resolution Driver side power window on my 2014 Genesis Coupe Ultimate was closing very hard. Before Christmas 2016 I took my car into the Team Hyundai Service De Driver side power window on my 2014 Genesis Coupe Ultimate was closing very hard. Before Christmas 2016 I took my car into the Team Hyundai Service Department. They diagnosed the problem and determined that the power window regulator required replacement but the part had to be ordered.. On January 3rd 2017 the part was replaced, but when I returned home I found that I could not open my truck or gas fill door. Both are controlled from switched on the driver side door. I immediately contacted the Team Hyundai service department then returned to the dealer that same day. They found that the service technician had left the door switches disconnected. During the next two weeks I noticed a whistling noise from the driver side door. I scheduled another visit and they found that my driver side window was improperly adjusted after the initial repair. The additional 2 service visits required me to drive 120 miles 30 miles each direction and 5 hours of my time. More

Awesome car & dealership! I was looking for a car with better gas mileage than I was getting (average 23 mpg) and a few luxuries, like heated seats & XM radio. I ended up with I was looking for a car with better gas mileage than I was getting (average 23 mpg) and a few luxuries, like heated seats & XM radio. I ended up with a Sonata Limited and love it! My favorite feature is the trunk release. When I stand behind the locked vehicle with a load of groceries, it recognizes the key, and pops the trunk. No more having to dim my high beams either. I just leave my lights on auto, and it takes care of switching back & forth between regular & high beam! Aaron Taylor was our sales person and he was professional, friendly and very thorough. The day I purchased my car, one of the staff members had been in a fatal car accident just hours before. Aaron apologized for the delay in our finance paperwork, but I hadn't noticed since I was still waiting for my husband to meet me there - and that's when I found out about the employee's passing. I was impressed that the staff kept it together so well. More
