Went beyond what it took to get us approved. We were greeted by Tinos Koutsoumbas. He was a complete pleasure to talk to great personality and professional. He put up with us for a few hours, we had our 3 yr old Grandson Tinos was very accommodating. Every time I am there I pop in and say hello. He is a good salesman listens to what WE want not push us into anything. Loved the experience, I will buy from here again. More
Sleazy bait and switch dealership How sleazy can you get. Saw ad on TV LAST NIGHT. Went to the dealer the next morning. Terrible Customer service from a Kelly Mussay I would give this dealership 5 stars but because of an employee by the name of Kelly Mussay I am giving 1 star. She insulted my intelligence when it came to my warranty. The problem was with the emissions which is covered for 130,000 miles or until 2030. GM has given me this warranty because it is a well known problem in the Chevy Cruze. Kelly Mussay has told me that there is no warranty when I have shown her the my Chevy app with the warranty not only that but I have pictures of the test ran by auto zone for the check engine light. This is my second time being here for this problem. And I have to come back to a rude and I’ll manner employee who knows nothing about anything and has the nerve to tell me that the warranty is a one time favor. I am giving Alexander Soto 5 stars ?? ???????? Because he went over and beyond in finding the facts and getting my car in to get service and honor the warranty. I also talk to the manager here and he apologized for her actions even tho she has not apologized for her mouth, nasty attitude, and demeaning manner. Advice for this dealership is to fire this employee Kelly Mussay for terrible and horrific costumer service. More
No customer service I took my truck in for oil change on Friday and was Greeted by david and advised him my driver window is still going up and down automatic I was advis I took my truck in for oil change on Friday and was Greeted by david and advised him my driver window is still going up and down automatic I was advised that Michelle will help me with this problem by the end of the day I called no answer left a message michelle did return my call on Saturday were I missed the call then I called back and no answer michelle text me this window needs a new part for $350.00 I advised her this window was already fix once why should I pay for this michelle advice me its a different problem and if I was still having problem with the window I should of came back right Away I text back I am not paying for the same window to be repair and I am not happy with there customer service when I arrived to pickup my truck only one person was available no one else was helping him I had to go into the cashier give my name were she got my paper work and call for my truck to be delivered which the driver left my truck door open motor running anyone could of got in it truck I had to walk to the truck to get in because it was not driving near the waiting area really bad customer service I have been a customer over 3 years not anymore More
Service Rip-off I had my car towed to Ed Bozarth Chevrolet because it would not start. i suspected the starter/solenoid after troubleshooting the problem. The next day they diagnosed it as the starter/solenoid and wiring harness. I was quoted $ 1600 for the repair ! The starter charge alone was $ 588. Reluctantly I agreed to the repair since at this point the car was immobile and I could not bring it anywhere else. After arriving at the dealer to pick-up the car, and to pay the outrageous bill, I noticed they used a remanufactured starter. Really !! $ 588 for a remanufactured starter that costs less than $ 150 at any auto parts store !!! If you're going to overcharge for a replace part at least use a new AC Delco Factory part !! More

He did a quick wash and nothing else. When I got the car home notice the glue from the paper on the window was torn off, not scraped with a razor blade. There was a light film of dirt still on the outside, basically rinsed off with hose, not washed. I called the following day to ask to have it cleaned properly, Dennis told me to come in on Tuesday 5 days later and he was ask for a manager to approve it getting cleaned. I showed up today (30 Apr), seemed like this was a chore since he already made the sale. Detail Shop didn't even touch the inside as I asked. Jaime Pena in finance never returned my call or my finance company request to provide the vehicle purchase agreement to get the loan funded. I had to go 6 days later and have it scanned and sent to my finance company. Total Poor Service at this dealership! As a Retired Disabled Veteran, I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. On 1 May, I received a Phone call from the Sales Rep (Dennis Robinson) basically pissed off because I wrote this review. If my complaint was important to the Dealership, you would think a Manager would call and try to resolve the issue, not the Sales Rep that you just complained about in the review. Again, Just Shows you that Ed Bozarth Cheverolet has crappy Customer Service. COMPLETE FAIL!!! More

For Traverse we gave everything he asked all information and docs reffered us to the financial sales person but told us they'll just inform us about the application or the loan because it was a Holliday, so I've waited until next day but. Nobody call us then I called Mark to just inform us if the loan was approved he told me he'll me back but never call back it's been like two weeks these people are very unprofessional lazy. Until now Mark never called me back. I am a consumer of Chevrolet and my car had only $2000 balance left and did pay that through out the years and it's almost done. As a consumer do I deserve a little frtom you guys I bought your product at least you inform us that our loan wasn't approved. But you never did. I will never reffer ed bozarth to any of my friends. More
Best car and salesman I have ever had. Never thought I would buy a 2019 Chevy Malibu but it was the best decision that I made this year (I love it). I was hoping to work with Jonathan Zito Never thought I would buy a 2019 Chevy Malibu but it was the best decision that I made this year (I love it). I was hoping to work with Jonathan Zito (but he sadly does not work there anymore) and dreaded having to work with another salesman but to my delight I was able to work with Ernesto Poston. He was very professional, knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk to. Juan Pena made you feel like family. I have bought from Vista Chevrolet and Ed Bozarth since 2002 they have been my dealership of choice. This is my 8th car from them. I even received a new TV with my deal which was unexpected and awesome! More
Black Friday add Lets Start with their Management, Service Team, ALL Customer Service, Accounting. All Departments in this so called dealership ! Its horrible! They're nice when you walk, but once you purchase from them... DO NOT expect anything to work out. I had an issue with the car when I left the lot and specifically told the sales person, Literally had to have 2 PEOPLE walk in & Call In and tell this service man (THAT HAS NO CLUE WHAT HES DOING) that this issue hasn't even been for 30 days. Then I waited 1 Week for the part to come in, THEN waiting for the part to be installed. They also sold the car with a RECALL so i went out of MY WAY to Volkswagen and sat there for 1 HOUR waiting for them to fix the recall. (VW CLEARLY SAID THE ED BOZARTH SHOULD OF GOT THE RECALL FIXED BEFORE THEY SOLD IT) Made Ed Look Horrible. On top of that ^ This is why this started, all my frustration, Being upset, Anger, would of NEVER came out until they decided to not follow their own add that they sent out to the public. There was a black Friday deal, I bought the car on November 23, 2018 On the add is CLEARLY stated that if you get a car on BLACK FRIDAY, they will cover your DMV fees up to $500.00. So once i registered my vehicle. I gave them my receipt and the lady said " I will call you when the check is cut and ready". Then they called and said it was only for NEW cars and not used, BUT the other 2 had a disclaimer that you had to buy a new car to get a 65' TV and so forth, UP TO $500.00 COVERED IN DMV FEES HAD NO DISCLAIMER ABOUT NEW OR USED CARS! I have never heard of a so called "Business" With such a POOR MANAGEMENT,SERVICE TEAM! - The sad part is that im not the only person with a terrible review for this company, i should of looked at the reviews first!! - This whole situation could of been avoided for MR.ED if they would keep their promises on their adds! More
